Dashboard
The dashboard is your daily at-a-glance view — upcoming appointments, recent activity stats, and any alerts that need your attention.
Stats overview
Three summary numbers are shown at the top of the page:
Appointments today

New customers this week

- Appointments today — total scheduled appointments for the current calendar day.
- Calls this week — number of inbound calls handled by your AI receptionist in the last 7 days.
- New customers this week — clients added to your contact list in the last 7 days, whether by the AI or manually.
Today's appointments
The table below the stats lists every appointment scheduled for today, sorted by time. Each row shows the appointment time, the customer's name and phone, the service booked, the current status, and any notes.
To see or manage appointments beyond today — including past appointments and future weeks — open the Calendar.
Alerts and banners
Two banner messages may appear at the top of the dashboard when action is needed:
- Pending callback requests — shown in orange when one or more callers asked your AI agent to call them back instead of waiting. Click View in Call Logs to see who called and mark them as contacted. See Call logs for details.
- Phone number not verified — shown in yellow if your profile phone number has not been confirmed yet. Your business details will not be fully active until verification is complete. Click Verify now to go to your profile.
Booking new appointments
Use the New appointment button in the top-right corner to quickly open the booking form on the Calendar page.
